Our Mission
North Lake Village's mission is to enhance the quality of the community through various means such as; management of common areas, enforcement of bylaws and regulations, support of initiatives that strengthen bonds among residents, and investment in capital improvements that enhance and benefit the greater good of the community.
Our Vision
North Lake Village envisioned a community of neighbors working together in harmony to achieve a higher quality of life and increasing property values. We envision a community that is considered by residents and
non-residents alike to be a desirable place in which to live and enjoy the benefits of family, friends.

About the NVL Community
North Lake Village At The California Club Condominium is located at 760 NE 199th St Miami FL 33179. Our community is located in a prime location for sports, entertainment, shopping and the beach. We are 3.5 miles away from the third largest mall in The United States(Aventura Mall), 3.5 miles away from the state of the art stadium and home of the Miami Dolphins, Miami Hurricane and more (Hard Rock Stadium), 7.7 miles from Hollywood Beach.These are just a few of the attractions near our community. Our community is served by the Miami Metropolitan of South Florida. The community amenities are: two pools (heated during the winter/cold front), 24 hours security surveillance, gated and private entry and a lakefront newly renovated clubhouse (kitchen, pool table and entertainment center).
